Amachie K. Ackah, former Managing Partner of Argosy Real Estate Partners, Principal of Lubert Adler, Director of Acquisitions Development at Buccini/Pollin Group and Associate of Praedium Group. Mr. Ackah founded the first Argosy institutional fund and managed acquisitions, development and asset management teams focused on creating real value at the asset level utilizing low cost base policies with multiple exit strategies throughout the investment life cycle. Mr. Ackah holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Williams College.
Brian D Eng
Co–Founder, Managing Partner, Chief Compliance Officer
Brian D. Eng, former Director of Foreside Financial Group, Vice President and Counsel of Citigroup and Associate of Goodwin Procter focusing on SEC, FINRA, and non US regulatory compliance. Mr. Eng has managed business development, product development, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance matters for two decades. Mr. Eng received a J.D from Boston University School of Law and a BA from Williams College.
Zachary Singer
Vice President, Investment Operations
Zachary Singer brings diverse experience as a revenue operations leader and a residential and hospitality owner/operator. Most recently, he built the sales organization at a digital healthcare company leveraging Ai for enterprise health systems and has served as a consultant on diverse real estate and development projects spanning retail, residential and office. Zachary is based in Atlanta, GA and holds a BA from Sarah Lawrence College.
