Amachie K. Ackah, interim CEO of Cote Family Destinations (doubled revenue to $65m), former Managing Partner of Argosy Real Estate Partners ($3.3B AUM), Principal of Lubert Adler ($10B AUM), Director of Acquisitions Development at Buccini/Pollin Group and Associate of Praedium Group. Mr. Ackah founded the first Argosy institutional fund and managed acquisitions, development and asset management teams. Mr. Ackah holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Williams College.

Brian D Eng

Co–Founder, Managing Partner, Chief Compliance Officer

Brian D. Eng, former Director of Foreside Financial Group, Vice President and Counsel of Citigroup, and Associate of Goodwin Procter focusing on SEC, FINRA, and non US regulatory compliance. Mr. Eng has managed business development, product development, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance matters for two decades. Mr. Eng received a J.D from Boston University School of Law and a BA from Williams College.

Zachary Singer

Vice President, Investment Operations

Zachary manages Clay Cove's capital raising, investment and firm operations optimizing across investor, operating partner and individual asset pipelines and underwriting. Formerly director of Sales Operations at Robin Healthcare, he led revenue operations to drive 510% revenue growth and a $50M series B fundraise. A licensed real estate professional, he developed and operated a boutique hospitality property, a SFR portfolio and has served as a project consultant on real estate projects spanning alternative hospitality, net lease retail, multifamily and office.

Erick Till

Principal

Eric is a Principal, responsible for underwriting, structuring, due diligence and operating partner relationships, lenders and other stakeholders within investment opportunities. At Apollo Global Management and Athene Asset Management, he deployed $2B into structured securities up and down the capital stack and across fund mandates and sectors. He also held roles at Redwood Capital Group and Edward Jones. Eric is based in Los Angeles and holds degrees from UCLA in Economics, Political Science and Public Policy.

Senior Associate

Jordan is a Senior Associate at Clay Cove. With experience at Cerberus Capital Management and Goldman Sachs, Jordan has contributed to $100M+ transactions in real estate finance and private equity. A U.S. Air Force veteran and entrepreneur, he co-founded Blue Circle LLC, growing it to a $1.5M portfolio. Jordan holds an MBA from The Wharton School.

Daewe Kim

Junior Analyst

Daewe focuses on Real Estate-related analysis and financial modeling at Clay Cove. He previously worked at McKinsey Financial Services and served as a Sr. Data Science Manager at P&G. He is pursuing his MBA at The Wharton School in Quantitative Finance and Real Estate, holds a Master of Quantitative Management from Duke Fuqua, and a B.S. in Information Systems from Indiana University Kelley.

Our Opco-Propco strategy enables us to deliver growth-like returns with significant downside protection, as property income alone can return the majority of invested capital while institutional exits can capture the full value created in transformed assets and scaled operating platforms.
